The Repair of Concrete Buildings and Structures requires:

1. A detailed Survey and analysis of the damage ,to determine the cause of the damage or deterioration of the concrete or structure
2. Site suitable repair materials and application methodology for the individual Project
3. Quality CE Approved Repair materials
4. Experienced , Trained and Skilled tradesmen to ensure that the repair is carried out correctly
5. The safe removal of the defective areas of concrete
6. Preparation or replacement of the exposed corroded steel
7. Application of a suitable protective barrier to the exposed steel reinforcement
8. Application of the concrete repair material , to the Manufactures Specification
9. Ensuring that control measure are put in place to carry out the works in the correct environment to allow the bonding and curing process to occur.
